1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KaamAdda, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Purpose

KaamAdda is a connecting platform that helps users find local workers for various jobs and allows workers to register and offer their services. We act solely as a connector between users and workers. KaamAdda is not an employer, agent, or service provider and does not endorse or guarantee any worker's services.

3. User Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and profile setup.
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a respectful manner.
  • Do not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your identity or qualifications.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Worker Registration & Conduct

Users registering as workers must ensure all details provided (experience, skills, location, category, etc.) are true, accurate, and not misleading. Workers are solely responsible for the services they offer and any agreements made with customers. KaamAdda reserves the right to verify information and remove profiles found to be fraudulent or misleading.

5. User Conduct & Content

You agree not to upload, post, or share any content that is:

  • Unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or vulgar.
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
  • Infringing on any third party's intellectual property rights.
  • Containing viruses or other harmful code.
6. Limitations of Liability

KaamAdda is not responsible for any disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damages arising from or related to:

  • Interactions, agreements, or transactions between users and workers.
  • The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by workers.
  • Any conduct or speech by users or workers on or off the platform.

All dealings are solely between the parties involved. You use the platform at your own risk.

7. Content & Listings

You retain ownership of any content you post. By posting, you grant KaamAdda a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the platform. We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing or content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to KaamAdda at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, the platform, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to Terms
